The course, in view of the small number of Cfus, aims to provide students with a basic knowledge of the subject under study, deepening the analysis of the fundamental aspects of the individual work relationship (sources, establishment, management and termination of the relationship). A fundamental institute of trade union law (the collective agreement) will also be studied.
