To teach fundamental concepts of Physics, Statistics and Computer Technology, useful for the future professional activity. To endow students with the necessary knowledge for a correct understanding and a proper utilization of modern scientific medical instruments. Students will also acquire the basic concepts of the scientific approach by putting together the notions from the different disciplines. Specific examples applied to the biomedical field will be presented.
