This course seeks to provide students with an understanding of the European and Italian institutional and regulatory System of Economics and the Market, both from a Constitutional and European Law perspective. Specific attention will be, then, dedicated to Economic and Monetary Union and the Euro System, Eurozone Crisis, Fiscal and Balanced Budget Rules, Austerity Measures and Spending Review as well as Economic Regulation, Trans-border Economic and Financial Imbalances within the Euro System, Social Rights and Labour Market Law reform.
