The Professional and Financial Technique Course consists of three modules, briefly summarized below:
- MODULO I (3CFU): The business activity, referred to the basics related to the exercise of economic activities.
- MODULO II (3CFU): Extraordinary transactions, concerning the issues related to particular transactions that do not concern ordinary business activities.
- MODULO III (3CFU): The company evaluation and the operations on the capital: concerning the company valuation techniques and the aspects related to the financial transactions on the transfer of the participations.
