To stimulate the student to a critical analysis of the issues taken into consideration, lead him to evaluate the emotional impact that certain situations may have on the healthcare professional, on the patient and his/her contact persons. Learn to delicately deal with topics that invade the most intimate sphere of people. Definition of the general concepts of Ethics, Bioethics and Morals.
Ethical issues related to the beginning of life (abortion and PMA); conscientious objection and conscientious clause; issues related to the end of life (ethics of accompaniment, hospice and palliative care, euthanasia and therapeutic obstinacy); ethical problems related to restraints; to pharmacological sperimentation, to multi-ethnic assistance, to organ donation and transplant; advance treatment provisions.
