To provide psychological knowledge and basic skills aimed at the training for management and self-care of patients and their relatives. In particular, the course is intended to explain knowledge (in terms of theory and clinical practice) and skills (application of theoretical knowledge to clinical reality) whose acquisition will be checked at exams.

The course of General Psychology aims at providing theoretical knowledge and basic methods of normal and pathological functioning of behavior. It is of great relevance for health care providers who are in regular relationships with human suffering.
