The objectives of the course are threefold. First of all, the course aims at equipping the student with a solid theoretical apparatus, acquiring the main theoretical and conceptual models related to the training and growth of individuals both in the professional field and more generally in the social and community field, understanding the complex dynamics between personal, emotional, motivational, cultural and economic factors in the definition of adult learning projects. The second objective is to deepen the development, epistemology and potentiality of the construct of empowerment by experimenting, also through active methodologies, the fundamentals of processes and personal, relational and organizational implications of this approach of possibility and empowerment. The third objective, finally, is to socialize the student to a wealth of methodologies and tools useful to design training courses "tailored" aimed at empowerment, change and well-being of individuals and productive realities.
