The course is divided into 72 hours of frontal lessons, during which the teacher will provide students with both the technical analysis of the provisions of the code of criminal procedure called to regulate the institutions treated, as well as an examination of concrete cases, suitable to provide a vision broad and aware of the most common errors of practice, which prevent the justice system from functioning properly, in compliance with the rules of the Fair Trial, as well as the obligations of completeness, transparency and quality of investigations.
The training will be deepened through procedural simulations, participation in criminal hearings at the Courts of Pescara or Chieti, seminars to study specific issues (such as, for example, an inspection on the criminal scene).
Attendance is optional, but absolutely recommended, due to the strong technicality of the material, but also in order to develop the indispensable critical spirit through process simulations and study and practical cases.
