"The distinctive competences whose development the course aims to promote in students are essentially:
to elaborate an autonomous orientation path within the current pedagogical debate on the themes of training design in organisational contexts, of the well-being of the person, in the overall perspective of lifelong learning.
to use the knowledge and skills acquired to apply them coherently in the design (in all its phases) of educational/training interventions aimed at the development of self well being and at the reduction and restraint of personal and social discomfort in an inclusive perspective.
- to develop a repertoire of conceptual, methodological and operational tools in order to profitably integrate one's own cultural and professional contribution into organisational contexts and socio-educational interventions aimed at overcoming experiences of fragility and social vulnerability planned and managed within the local services’ network."
