The training activity will focus on the employment relationship of the Biomedical Laboratory Technician both employed by public and private healthcare facilities. There will be brief notes on the National Collective Labor Bargainning, with particular regard to the obligations of the worker and the powers of the employer (managerial and disciplinary) and the regulation of working time.
