Today, organizations are characterized by the need to manage change. Since the late 1970s, m&a, downsizing, layoff, etc. become part of the common language of an organization.
Today we are observing the need - for organizations - to manage change, through learning "new ways of doing things" (Schein, 2000): from the reduction in hierarchical levels to the growing need to work in a team and to increasingly master soft skills.
This opens important scenarios for the social and work psychologist, called to manage training and empowerment processes within organizational contexts.
Training in organizations - through planned organizational interventions that operate on knowledge, skills and behaviors - has as its ultimate goal the improvement of performance. Therefore, the explicit purpose of training in organizations is to allow workers to master knowledge, skills and behaviors and apply them in daily work (Fraccaroli, 2011).
The course aims to provide participants elements to design training interventions within organizational contexts, in the light of the most recent evidence in the field of training (e.g., digital social learning, reverse mentoring, design thinking, etc.).
