INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW - A
The course aims to introduce the discipline of intellectual property law, highlighting its role in competition between companies and in the protection of innovation. The different segments of intellectual property law will be treated with reference to international, European Union and Italian law.
The study of intellectual property provides the student with knowledge of the most appropriate and efficient legal systems and techniques to manage innovation in all the different fields.

Frontal lectures, written exercises on specific topics analysis and debate of european and italian relevant judicial cases
The method of learning verification will be oral; written exercises on individual cases will be planned during the year.
Conferences and seminars related to the topics covered in the course will be reported during the year.
