The course aims to explore the main institutions of Italian Public law from both an evolutive and critical perspective.
It also aims to disseminate solid skills in the analysis, study and understanding of the main topic of Public law.
- Knowledge and understanding skills
From the perspective of the Italian Public law, the main institutions, sources of law, institutional items, constitutional rights and freedoms, and protection techniques will be analyzed to develop a full knowledge of the matter.
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
Students will develop a mixed reasoning methodology (inductive and deductive), capable of developing a comprehensive analysis even with respect to complex legal issues.
- Autonomy of judgment
Considering the impossibility of separating the domestic level of protection from the European level one, the course will provide the analytical tools to reconstruct the impact of European law on National law.
- Communication skills
Students will be able to clearly and unambiguously convey the knowledge learned to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
- Learning skills
Students will develop learning techniques to study the macro-areas of public law mostly independently, also consulting regulatoy acts suggested by the lecturer.
