The teaching contributes to the achievement of the educational aims of the course of study in Structural Geology and Geophysics for Seismic and Volcanic Risk providing the student the possibility to deepen and apply the concepts already acquired during the bachelor’s degree. The main aim is to offer the student the opportunity to acquire a good awareness of the limits and potential of geophysical methods, an aspect of fundamental importance for the geologist and geophysics profession in public and private settings.
