Course of Pedagogical Sciences LM 85 The master's degree in "Pedagogical Sciences" aims to train professionals in the fields of education and formation, with a thorough general knowledge of pedagogical problems and theories and with a specific knowledge of the fields of application of such knowledge. The magistral graduates will be able to offer pedagogical consultations with respect to complex problems, to manage and coordinate services and organisations in the educational and training field. Therefore, the preparation of the degree course will be finalized to the acquisition of skills related also to the design and evaluation of educational services and interventions, to the ability to identify and interpret the problems within the educational and training processes, as well as skills relating to methods and tools for managing organizational contexts. The master's degree in "Pedagogical Sciences" is also aimed at training professionals able to position themselves on the labor market as operators in the design, monitoring and management of integrated training processes, community initiatives and cooperation programs within the framework of the European Union and based on its lines of educational policy. The competences in the field of pedagogical education and the organization of training will make it possible to cover high-profile technical-decision-making jobs both in the public sphere and in the private sector. To achieve the educational objectives, the master's degree program includes educational workshops, training internships and project work. The educational activities, in fact, have envisaged allowing the students to deepen specific case studies, even with a first-person involvement aimed at a greater understanding of the traits of the pedagogical intervention "in situation".
