Learning Objectives
After recalling the main concepts of competitive strategy and strategic dynamics, the course aims to develop skills of analysis and diagnosis in participants in order to generate skills that can contribute to the strategic management of the companies.

Part I (6 credits):

- Corporate strategy, business strategy and operating strategies

- Development of strategy: approaches and processes
- Corporate governance and corporate strategy

Teaching method
The teaching activity will be developed through frontal lessons, seminars and project work; it will use interactive tools, analysis of case studies in order to stimulate learning skills and personal skills.
