Educational goals: To derive from the “Game Theory” and from the behavioral economy simulations a repertoire of exercises capable to let the participants to personally experimenting the fundamental cognitive and affective mechanisms at the basis of generative and degenerative dynamics in organizations
Program of the course:
- The modeling of the strategic organizational behavior through economic games
- Introduction to the Foundations of Game Theory
- The ultimatum game and the dictator game
- The Trust Game
- The bargaining game
- The prisoner's dilemma
Exam methods: Interviews and evaluation of individual and collective performance in the simulations
Mandatory attendance
Textbooks: The teaching material will be provided during the EPG course.
