The teaching aims to provide students with the knowledge about the main constructs related to working, organizational and social conditions that determine the quality of working life, well-being and work-related stress. In particular, the aspects related to social changes, the complex interactions between the individual, the social and work environment will be addressed. The main theories and reference models of occupational health psychology functional to the interpretation of these phenomena and their relationships will be listed. Students will be provided with knowledge about research methods and tools for assessing the quality of working life functional to understanding which interventions can be taken in order to promote health and well-being and prevent malaise.
