The BIM and Building Process Management Course will tend to provide adequate preparation in basic knowledge and
characterizing disciplines (architecture, urban planning, construction and environment) of the building process.
This preparation will allow students to interface with the operators of the building process (in particular with specialists
planning and with those involved in the construction and management of the building heritage).
The specific area is that of the organization and exercise of the various phases attributable to programming, to the
design, construction site, property management and technical-economic evaluation of processes
buildings.
The course aims to train a figure capable of interacting, in a complementary way, with the different technical-planning skills,
in the different moments of the building process; architectural project phase, construction site and construction phase
maintenance of the work; to know the procedures for awarding the work; to know the functions of responsibility in
procedures for carrying out public works.
The profile of the studies is aimed at preparing an operator involved in the "design" activity and oriented towards
integration of the set of skills that contribute to the concrete "realization of the project".
