This is a new master's degree course in the legal area with a markedly interdisciplinary character, aimed at training a lawyer to be included in companies, administrations, organizations that require professional figures experienced in legal and institutional problems but with strong transversal skills, especially of an economic and business nature. The outgoing professional figure - the result of a broad and fruitful consultation with the social partners, who have indicated its centrality in the current production context - is that of a consultant expert in internationalization and organizational innovation of the company, especially SMEs. The legal expert on internationalization and business innovation is a professional figure with advanced skills and abilities that can be used both internally - particularly in the legal sector - and as a freelancer working externally as a specialized consultant to develop individual projects of internationalization and innovation, both as a highly qualified collaborator (paralegal) of international law firms. The highly specialized objective of the new degree is pursued through specialized courses also provided in English, enriched by seminars, case studies, laboratories, legal clinics, business testimonies as well as internships in companies, bodies for the promotion of internationalization and supranational economic institutions. The master’s degree course is open to three-year graduates in Legal Services (L-14), Law (LMG/01) and three-year graduates in the economic and business classes who have completed at least 63 CFUs in the legal, economic-business and statistical-sociological areas.
