This Master course has the fundamental task of training highly intellectually qualified personnel in the field of archaeological and historical-artistic Cultural Heritage. The course of studies will, thus, provide a solid and specialistic education. The taught courses are focused on archaeological and historical-artistic disciplines, chronologically ranging from the ancient to the contemporary periods, with wide openings towards the contexts of European and non-European countries. Minors about artistic techniques and archaeology of production are also given. Research methods and theory form the student's training base. The structure of the course is divided into two different years: during the the first one, the student will focus on ancient and medieval history, archeology and art history, general disciplines characterizing the chronological framework of the course; in the second, technical-scientific and methodological disciplines, from legislation to archaeometry, will complete the cultural horizon of the students.
