With reference to the general objectives of the CdS, the teaching aims to
provide students with advanced skills in the field of techniques and
methodologies for the design, implementation and management of digital
technologies in a corporate environment. The fundamental skills that the
most successful leaders should possess in order to guarantee and
increase the value of the corporate business or government institutions,
include: vision, understood as the ability to intercept the predisposition to
run into threats or advantages for the organization; visionary capacity,
understood as the ability to conceptualize an ideal future, based on
forecasts that can be shared at an organizational level; the system
thinking, perceived as the ability to perceive, synthesize and integrate all
those elements (thoughts, ideas, opinions) that can help achieve a
common purpose; IT expertise, understood as the ability to understand
the technological / digital needs, in the business environment, to
translate them into IT architectural projects
