This master’s degree in Economy and management is addressed to students who want to achieve advanced knowledge and skills in both the main functional business areas and in the operational context in which they are located and work in .This degree is structured in 3 distinct curricula:1) Corporate Finance. This course of study aims at training graduates with a high level of technical and professional skills, especially in the areas regarding economic-financial analysis, measuring performance, corporate finance, reorganization plan of failing firms and strategic management to develop company worth ;2) Management. This course of study aims at training graduates with a high level of technical and professional skills, especially in the areas regarding planning and control of innovation processes, entrepreneurship, marketing and management of human resources ;3) Business consultants and consultancy. This course of study aims at training graduates with a high level of technical and professional skills, especially in the areas concerning management control, administrative management, business performance evaluation and business consultancy.To favour the learning process, each course year, for each of the three curricula, is divided into 3 terms consisting of a balanced calendar regarding lesson periods and an exam period. To favour the internationalization process, lessons held in English are available. Study abroad experiences ranging from a one-month period to a one-year period are encouraged, including internships in firms. Workers from the labour market are encouraged to get involved (enterprises, professionals and public administration bodies) and forms of interactive didactics.¿ The features of this master can be summarized as follows: a) significant business economic content; b) didactic methods and content for professional training; c) Interactive didactics; d) division of teachings into three terms; d) lessons held in English; e) Integration between lessons and worker involvement and privileged spokesperson; f) opportunity to study part time, thus finishing the course of study in four years, and a proportional reduction of the cost of enrollment; g) opportunity to gain university credits concerning internships in collaborating firms (including professional firms). Deserving students will be provided with a path of excellence to ensure updates of the most advanced branches of knowledge, also in view of the following cycle of studies such as a doctorate.
