The oral examination aims at testing the student knowledge of course contents. During the exam, students will be asked to demonstrate the practical and theoretical competence of metalinguistic analysis of all levels. Furthermore, the appropriate use of linguistics terminology, as well as the knowledge of the most important foundations of historical linguistics and of linguistic methods of analysis will be evaluated. The final evaluation, which goes from 1 to 30, will take into account all these competences and skills.
