The course aims to show the caracteristics of the world order developped on the basise of national states (1648-1948) with s special focus on evolution of the world order.At the end of the course the student will be able to:- to interpreter the legal and geopolitical news transmitted by the media, without the emotional reading- to learn in the essential lines how it be possible consolidate the legal framework of the new emerging world order is consolidating.- know the new functions of the constitutions in the hierarchy of legal sources.- observe the consolidation of the global legal system as a global platform.
- The world order from 1648 to 1948: three centuries of national state.- The transformations of the world order through policy modeling and legislative planning: 1948 to date:- The national Constitutions: from the national law sources to horizontal platforms of the global world order.- Exercises and examples to show the multilevel world order.- The supranational ordering as deregulation.- The global autopoietic law system.
