Learning Objectives
The objectives of the course in Philological, Linguistic and Literary Studies includes the broadening of knowledge of a foreign European language.
The main objective is to lead students to a knowledge of post-intermediate linguistic autonomy; at the end of the training course, therefore, students will have to consolidate the basic grammatical structures of the language and will be able to understand the main ideas of texts on both concrete and abstract subjects, as well as to express themselves, in oral and written form, on a wide range of cultural proposals.
Besides the grammatical aspects, moreover, the teaching aims at approaching the cultural, social and geographical aspects of the countries in which the French language is spoken, by reading texts related to everyday life, political and literary reality.
Abilities
At the end of the course students must be able to use the French language line with the B2 level of competence.
Self-assessment
Students must acquire the necessary skills in order to be able to express themselves clearly and correctly.
Communication skills
Students must be able to communicate with sufficient awareness on a wide range of topics.
