The exam is aimed at ascertaining that the student knows both the organizational, management and reporting rules, and the basic principles of the private and public law relating, in particular, to the world of sport, from the the institutional one (CONI, Federations, Leagues) to the basic units (ASD, SSD, SSP, gyms).
Although composed of two modules, the exam must be seen as an integrated one and the different knowledge learned must be considered jointly. Example: the component relating to the understanding of the economic equilibrium of an ASD (seen in the management module) cannot ignore the prior knowledge of what an association is (as seen in the law module).
The exam si written (integrated with law course) with 32 total questions (17 of management and 15 of law) concerning the entire programme of the integrated course. Responding correctly to more than 30 questions one has 30 cum laude and then to climb up to 18 correct answers that allow to obtain the minimum for passing the exam which is expressed in thirtieths.
In any case it is necessary to correctly answer at least seven questions both of management and of law in order to obtain the minimum in both the components of the integrated course. Example: if you correctly answer the 17 management questions and one of the 15 of law, you do not get the exam sufficiency because the minimum in law is not reached.
