CDS IN BRIEF - BASAThe BASA Master's Degree has the fundamental task of training highly qualified intellectual personnel in the field of research, conservation and enhancement of archaeological and historical-artistic heritage, which can be employed in the study, cataloging and processing information in the field of cultural heritage management, thanks to a solid specialized preparation ensured by the specific course. The teachings are focused mainly on subjects related to Archeology and History of Art, in the broadest sense for what concerns techniques and different production sectors ranging from ancient times to the contemporary age, with wide openings towards European and non-European art. The historical-critical and methodological research form the graduate's educational learning, enabling him, at the end of his studies, to carry out highly specialized research and to intervene autonomously in critical debates, work on projects for companies and public bodies, in the management, enhancement and communication of cultural heritage as a whole. The course also aims to provide adequate preparation to access training courses for teaching History of Art in Secondary High- schools and for Postgraduate research Degrees (PhD).
