The course intends to present students with the basic concepts and principles of the current structure of the public-private welfare system, with the related organizational processes that have made it possible to recognize, set and articulate the areas of activities and intervention of the professionals of the Social Service In the overall framework of the planning, management and provision of services and interventions at a territorial and community level. To this end, the course will deal with the discussion and speculation of sociological, socio-cultural and application of concepts such as organization, personal services, social and health integration, welfare community, welfare community, welfare partnership, offering students one series of reading keys capable of making the phenomenological and operational complexity of the organization of social services understandable and retraceable in their evolutionary and current dimension.
