The aim of the course is to provide the neuroscience and neurological bases to understand the mechanisms underlying the neurological damage but also potentially reparative processes involved in the main neurological diseases. At the end of the course, the student should have acquired basic and clinical notions that allow the optimization of the design of occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving the patient's condition. Such interventions, to be performed in a multidisciplinary setting, require familiarity with the neurological semiotics that the student must demonstrate to have acquired.
