Learning Objectives
The objectives of ma programme in Philological, Linguistic and Literary Studies include the development of language skills in a language spoken in the EU.
The main objective is to lead students to post-intermediate linguistic autonomy; at the end of the course, students will have consolidated the basic grammar structures of the French language and will be able to understand the main ideas of texts on both concrete and abstract subjects, as well as to express themselves, in oral and written form, on a wide range of topics.
Moreover, the course aims at introducing students to the cultural, social and geographical aspects of the countries in which the French language is spoken, by reading texts related to everyday life, politics and literature.
Abilities
At the end of the course students must possess B1 language skills in French.
Self-assessment
Students must acquire the necessary skills in order to be able to express themselves clearly and correctly.
Communication skills
Students must be able to communicate with sufficient awareness on a wide range of topics.
